Citizen Appointment - North Bay-Parry Sound District Health Unit
The Council of The Corporation of the City of North Bay invites applications from resident within the City of North Bay) who wish to be considered for appointment to the North Bay-Parry Sound District Health Unit. We encourage qualified and interested individuals to volunteer their services and to provide input on various issues that affect the City of North Bay. The term of office runs concurrently with the term of Council.

North Bay, ON – July 22, 2025 – Please be advised that the Armstrong Park Boat Launch will be closed July 24 and 25 for dredging work. Due to permitting restrictions, this work can only be carried out at this time of year. The City apologizes for any inconvenience and thanks residents for their understanding.

Notice of Extended Road Closure – Lakeshore Drive at Booth Road
North Bay, ON – July 18, 2025 – Please be advised that the closure of a section of Lakeshore Drive near Booth Road has been extended until July 25. Originally scheduled to reopen on July 21, this closure is necessary to complete sanitary and stormwater connections related to the new Community and Recreation Centre.

North Bay, ON – July 15, 2025 –The City of North Bay’s second Centennial Concert and Drone Show of the year will take place this Friday, July 18, at the Kiwanis Bandshell, capping off nearly a full week of free evening performances.

North Bay, ON – July 11, 2025 – Construction of new sidewalks on a section of Wallace Road is now underway as part of a larger infrastructure project aimed at improving pedestrian safety and enhancing stormwater management in the area.
